Shipping Fees

All orders will be shipped using 2-Day Fedex. Shipping fees for orders are as follows:

Orders up to $1000 $25.00
Orders above $1000 $40.00

We are unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we are unable to waive or refund them, even is the order is returned back to us.

Return Policy

We offer returns within 30 days and store credit within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Customized items including engraving, sizing and modifications are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Process

Email us at returns@hillandseventh.com and provide us with the invoice number on your order to return any purchases. We will provide a return code along with additional details as applicable.
